"John Cowling sold us an umbrella policy in May, quoted me a cost and then after much back and forth sending in all our paperwork, received a letter in the mail that they were cancelling after 1 month. They sent us part of the money back and are now ALSO trying to bill us for more. Now saying the policy cost a lot more than they quoted. Never got a letter in the mail saying how much the total policy would have cost had it not been turned down. John Cowling is completely unresponsive. His office staff, Kim, has really tried to be helpful but she can’t get him to respond or act. Terrible agent!!!"
