"I met John and Piper through sheer dumb luck. My car needed to be insured because I was registering it, so I called the first state number that popped up. When Piper picked up, she was warm, knew exactly how to handle my situation and did just that. Within about 30 minutes, I was insured. The best part is, I came across a major issue that was preventing me from using the app and no matter what I tried to do nothing worked. I texted Piper in desperation and she agreed to meet despite having only 10 minutes left to closing. When I showed up half an hour after closing, she and John took care of everything within 24 minutes. If you have any doubts about getting insured here, for get them. Im telling you all this is the place. Its fast, reliable, and best of all they make you feel like you're their only client. Hands down best place I've ever been insured!"

"Because I'm "tech challeged" to put it very mildly, I seldom even attempt to do a review....which in itself says a lot that I'm doing so now. We've been faithful clients of Ernie Parker State Farm for many decades and though we could have had "cheaper" coverage elsewhere we stayed because of the relationships and customer care from our local office. I would like to add that every homeowner and business should do their homework on having flood Insurance, especially living in the state of Florida where hurricanes are a part of our native state. The main damage that a hurricane brings in is massive flooding from the grown up. Your regular home insurance does not cover water that comes from the groud up.
